For the Bowler family, the quest for the perfect kitchen was rooted in a desire for on-trend design and access to a wide range of high-quality products. While their previous kitchen was functional, it had a conventional “kitcheny” appearance that didn’t align with their vision for a contemporary, integrated living space — the kitchen and the living area had disparate looks.
Their decision to upgrade the kitchen was part of a broader home renovation project aimed at achieving a design to surpass the previous kitchen while harmonising with the surrounding living area, using a diverse range of materials.

With its raised wood breakfast bar, the island played a pivotal role in seamlessly blending the kitchen with the living space. Its pattern and design enhance aesthetics and foster a sense of unity between the two areas. It’s become a popular spot for the family to gather and chat.
Creative Material Selection
Incorporating open wood shelves and a mirror bar is a masterstroke in design. These elements do more than merely interrupt the uniformity of kitchen units; they establish a seamless connection with the adjacent dining area. They add both functionality and a touch of sophistication to the kitchen.
