We meet with you to formulate the scope of works, including layout and design requirements, your budget, and project timelines.
Your quotation is sent to you after the consultation. Once you are happy to proceed, a contract is signed and deposit paid.
We visit your project to take accurate measurements of the space and assess any site restrictions or challenges that will need solving.
Together, we develop the design until we reach a final solution that you are happy with. Meetings and presentations are held in the showroom and at your project site.
The final plans and elevations are drawn up, then all furniture, fittings and fixtures are ordered from suppliers.
We liaise with our suppliers and your project manager to ensure a smooth build process, starting with the delivery. We’ll coordinate the delivery of items to site and their allocation to appropriate rooms.
We can recommend installers and will be on hand to minimise any costly overruns as we endeavour to make the install as enjoyable and pain-free as possible.
The job is complete only when you are happy that we have achieved a beautiful install with all your requirements fulfilled – including getting any tasks on the snag list checked off.
It’s important that your project looks and performs as good as it did on the day of completion. So we remain on hand to fix any issues.
